The conference venue in 2012 is the Percy Baxter auditorium and adjacent theatres, located at the Deakin University Sherwood Park Warrnambool Campus. The campus offers a relaxed environment, professional service, flexible venues and great facilities to provide a diverse and memorable conferencing experience.

A Rotary Expo will the located in the theatre foyer and the Deakin newly expanded university cafeteria a short walk from the conference theatres. This is the same building where morning and afternoon teas and lunch will be served, on each day of the Conference.
