Registration
Conference Registration has a number of options so that Rotarians and their Partners can select which parts of the 2012 Conference they would like to attend. Of course we encourage all Rotarians to register for the Full Conference.
Registering for the "Full Conference" includes the Friday night "Opening Session & Official Welcome", all activities on Saturday, including the Saturday night "Dinner & Entertainment", and all activities on the Sunday.
For those who are unable to attend the Saturday night "Dinner & Entertainment", they may register for "Conference, excluding Saturday Night Dinner".
Where Partners, or Rotarians, only want to attend the Friday night, or the Saturday night, they may elect to register for the "Friday Opening Session & Cocktail Party (only)" and/or the "Saturday Night Dinner & Entertainment (only)".
Other combinations of attendance have not been offered, as it becomes increasingly difficult to manage the registration process, and the financial viability of the Conference requires as many full registrations as possible. To Register Online - Complete the "Online Registration Form" below and submit. Then make payment either using your credit card or post a cheque to the conference registrar's address : Rotary Conference Registrar, Mr Peter Reeve, 45 Bostock Street, Warrnambool, 3280
If your partner is also a Rotarian, please make a note on the "Accompanying Persons Details" portion of the Online Registration Form, and include their Rotary Club, and their Rotary Title.
Rotarians who have difficulty utilising the web and a PC, should request their Club Secretary to make an on line booking for them and then forward a cheque to the Conference Registrar.

Further Conference Information
Bookings for Saturday evening dinner are limited and close at 10.00am on 16 March 2012, or earlier if fully booked. Preference for attending the Saturday evening dinner will be given to Rotarians and partners attending the full conference. Book early to avoid disappointment.
Cancellations
- No refund if cancelled on or after 18 February 2012
- 20% refund if cancelled between 15 January and 18 February 2012
- Full refund if cancelled prior to 15 January 2012
